1. About Rental Klei

Rental Klei is a car rental business operated by Kleidjan Berberi, registered as a sole trader (person fizik) in Albania. Our service base is Tirana International Airport (Rinas). Contact us at rentalklei@gmail.com.

These terms cover use of rentalklei.com and rental requests made through it. The conditions of the actual rental, including driver eligibility, documents, insurance, vehicle use and return, must be set out in the rental details and agreement provided by Rental Klei before you commit to the rental.

2. Your account

Provide accurate contact information and use an account you are authorized to use. Keep your password and sign-in links private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. An account lets you request bookings and view your own trips; it does not provide access to business administration.

Google sign-in is optional. You can use the available email sign-in methods instead. How account and booking information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Requests and confirmation

Submitting “Request to book” sends a reservation request to Rental Klei. It does not by itself confirm a rental. Rental Klei reviews availability and the request, and confirmation is reflected in your booking status. Check your Trips page and contact us if anything is unclear before arranging collection.

Vehicle photos and specifications help you choose a car. Review the selected vehicle, dates, times, pickup and return locations, price and extras before submitting your request. Contact us about any incorrect or incomplete details.

4. Prices, deposits and payment

The quote displays the currency and charges for your selected dates and options. Rental charges, delivery fees, extras and any applicable deposit or no-deposit option depend on the specific offer. A no-deposit option applies only when it is explicitly offered for your reservation.

The current booking flow offers payment at pickup. Online card payment is available only if an active payment option is explicitly presented for your confirmed booking. Creating an account or submitting a request does not charge a card. Never send card details by email.

5. Pickup, return and changes

Pickup and return follow the location and schedule confirmed for your rental. Delivery outside Rinas is available only for the locations and fees offered for your booking.

For changes, cancellations, delays or refund questions, contact rentalklei@gmail.com with your booking reference. A change is effective when confirmed by Rental Klei. Any cancellation charges or refund conditions must be disclosed in the terms agreed for your particular rental; this page does not introduce a separate cancellation fee.

6. Using the website

Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, attempt to access other customers’ records or interfere with the website. Availability and technical interruptions may affect the service; contact us if you cannot access a booking.

Nothing on this page excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions or complaints about the website or a rental can be sent to our contact email.

7. Updates

We may update these website terms as the service develops and will show the updated date here. An update does not automatically change the terms already agreed for a confirmed rental.
